Individual therapy can be a very helpful resource when people are feeling stuck or unhappy in their lives.  I offer a non-judgmental environment, and am here to collaborate with you around making positive changes in your life and relationships. We will identify goals in the first session, and these goals will provide us structure and focus as we take steps towards positive change.


Respect is at the foundation of the therapeutic alliance.  I offer a non-righteous space, free of any judgment in relation to the times and moments that clients are human and make mistakes. I believe strongly in the goodness of my clients, including when they sometimes do not act in accordance with who they are and want to be.

Sometimes we hurt or harm others with our words and actions, and I understand that it is difficult to open up about these experiences. I offer a respectful, non-judgmental, non-righteous space that allows us to process these experiences, and to point us in the direction of your preferred self and preferred way of being.
